Type of press you need

Review the options carefully before submitting. We encourage all clients to pick "Other not stated" unless you have confirmed with our team that your preferred outlet accepts the article type you selected — choosing the wrong format without confirmation may delay your order or lead to style adjustments by the publishing house.

Terms and conditions

Please read the following terms carefully before making a purchase. By completing a transaction on our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Client responsibility and press release expectations

Before submitting your press release request, it is your responsibility to clearly state the type of publication or writing style you require (for example news story, editorial article, interview piece). We do not provide academic or scholarly articles. Some media houses do not label content as a "press release" — if you require a publication without that tag, you must confirm whether your selected outlet offers that format. We strongly encourage you to review a sample publication link before placing your order.

2. No refund policy

All sales are final once a purchase is completed. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Please ensure you fully understand the nature of the product before making payment. In select cases and at our sole discretion, store credit may be offered for future purchases — contact us to check eligibility. If a discount was applied to your transaction and you later request a refund, the full non-discounted fee will be applied retroactively and the discount will be revoked.

3. Writing corrections and limitations

If your writing fee was discounted, you are entitled to one round of corrections only. Additional rounds of revision will incur an extra fee. Please review drafts carefully before requesting further edits.

4. Third-party editorial control

Some media houses maintain editorial independence and may rewrite or adjust your press release to suit their publication style or standards. Once content is approved and submitted, we are not responsible for changes made by the media outlet.

5. Modifications by publishing houses

Even after your approval, publishing houses may modify the release to comply with their internal guidelines. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge and accept this possibility.

6. Social media promotion

We do not guarantee promotion of your publication on social media unless explicitly included in your purchased package. If you are interested in social media promotion, please inquire about our promotional service options.

7. Completion of sale

Your purchase is considered complete once we deliver the proof of publication or live publication link. At that point, no further edits or changes will be made unless a separate service agreement is entered into.

8. Potential to go viral

Please note that 1 in 70 articles has the potential to go viral depending on the cultural relevance of the article within any time frame. We do not promise virality, neither do we engineer it — kindly ensure that the information you state is accurate.
