Publishing Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before proceeding. By completing a transaction with our company, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below. These terms apply to all services including, but not limited to, news publications, press releases, television interviews, podcast interviews, online media appearances, and other promotional or editorial engagements facilitated by our team.

1. Client Responsibility and Publication Format Expectations

It is the client’s responsibility to clearly communicate the type of article or media coverage desired (e.g., standard news press release, editorial opinion piece, profile interview, television segment, podcast appearance, etc.).

  • We do not offer scholarly or academic articles and reserve the right to decline any request resembling such formats.
  • Clients are strongly encouraged to use the “Sample” feature on our website to preview example publications prior to submitting their request.
  • If a specific format is required — such as an article that omits the “press release” label — it is your duty to confirm in advance that your selected media outlet allows such a format.

We cannot guarantee alternative formats unless this confirmation is made prior to submission and approved in writing.

Requests for refunds, modifications, or replacements based on assumptions about media formatting will not be honored.

2. Virtual and In-Person Media Interviews (TV, Podcast, and Online)

When participating in any scheduled interview (virtual or in-person), the following guidelines must be strictly followed:

a. Punctuality and Preparedness
  • For virtual interviews, clients must log in at least 25 minutes early using the official link provided.
  • For in-person or studio interviews, clients must arrive at the physical location 25 minutes prior to the scheduled time.
  • Tardiness or no-shows may result in forfeited slots or additional rescheduling fees.
b. Technical and Visual Standards (Virtual Interviews)
  • Your camera must be clear, stable, and high-resolution.
  • Backgrounds must be natural and professional — not blurred or virtual.
  • Choose a quiet location and ensure proper lighting and framing.
  • Clients are required to read and follow our Media Guide before any appearance to ensure professional presentation.

3. No Refund Policy

All sales are final upon payment confirmation. Refunds are not issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with publication style, misunderstanding of formatting, or media house limitations.

In limited circumstances and at our sole discretion, store credit may be issued for future use.

Note: If a discount was applied to your transaction and you later request a refund for any reason, the full original rate will apply retroactively and your discount will be revoked.

4. Writing Revisions and Limitations

  • If article writing is provided as a complimentary or discounted service, clients are entitled to one round of revisions only.
  • Additional edits or rewrites will incur extra charges.
  • Clients are expected to review drafts carefully and approve promptly to avoid delays.

5. Editorial Independence and Modifications

  • Media houses maintain editorial discretion and may rewrite, format, or edit submissions to meet their publishing standards.
  • Once content is submitted and approved, we are not responsible for changes made by the publishing platform.
  • By proceeding, you accept that final publication formatting is subject to the discretion of the publishing outlet.

6. Social Media Promotion

Unless explicitly included in your selected package, we do not guarantee any social media promotion of your publication or appearance.

  • If you are interested in promotion on our channels or by partner influencers, please inquire about our paid promotional packages.

7. Completion of Service

Your order is considered fulfilled when we have:

  • Delivered a proof of publication,
  • Provided the live publication link, or
  • Confirmed and scheduled your media appearance.

Once the service is delivered, no further edits or changes will be made unless a new agreement is initiated.

8. Media Disclaimer and Liability

By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • We are not responsible for final editorial decisions made by media outlets.
  • Technical issues, editorial discretion, third-party scheduling, or delays on the part of the outlet are beyond our control.
  • You agree to hold us harmless for any modifications, delays, or denials imposed by third-party publishers or broadcasters.

9. Promotional Use of Discounted Orders

If you receive a discount on your service, including writing, placement, or bundled offers, you agree that your press release, article, interview, or final publication may be used by our company for promotional purposes. This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Display on our website or landing pages
  • Use in case studies, testimonials, or marketing campaigns
  • Features in sample galleries or promotional email content
  • Mentions across our social media platforms or sales materials

🔒 If you do not wish to have your content used for promotional purposes, you must request a full-price, non-discounted rate before completing your purchase.

We will never share private contact details or sensitive business information without your explicit consent. Only publicly published or promotional-facing materials may be featured.

10. Rejection Policy and Supplementary Placements

While we make every effort to place your content with your preferred media outlet, media houses reserve the right to reject any submission based on their editorial policies, audience alignment, and quality standards.

Common reasons for rejection include:

  • Unclear or poor-quality images
  • Unsupported claims or lack of credibility
  • Weak digital presence or conflicting public profiles
  • Overly self-promotional or ad-style submissions
  • Mismatched platform/audience
  • Timing, content redundancy, or reputation concerns

If your submission is rejected, you agree to be placed on a supplementary platform within the same price tier, selected by our editorial team. Refunds will not be granted based on media rejection, as this is a known industry risk.

11. Malicious, Defamatory, and Prohibited Content

We do not accept any content that is defamatory, malicious, offensive, or incites harm or discrimination. This includes (but is not limited to) hate speech, misleading claims, unlawful material, or content that may expose our platform or media partners to reputational or legal risk.

All submissions are subject to internal review. We reserve the right to decline any project that violates this clause, without refund.

12. Exclusions: Political and High-Risk Content

Our standard pricing and packages do not include political, advocacy-based, crisis management, or other high-risk content. If your campaign falls within any of these categories, please contact our sales team for a custom quote and risk review.

All submissions are subject to internal review. We reserve the right to decline any project that violates this clause, without refund.
