• ● Blastily will not be held liable for unauthorized use of a corporate Google account or email, whether by employees, former contractors, third parties, or malicious actors.

If you do not have such authority, you must not use Google Sign-In to register or act on behalf of a business account on Blastily.

3. Use of Information

We use your Google account data to:

• ● Pre-fill your profile and streamline onboarding
• ● Assign account roles, team members, or billing privileges (if applicable)
• ● Facilitate communication and customer support

Any attempt to impersonate, misrepresent authority, or fraudulently register on behalf of another organization constitutes a breach of this policy and may result in legal action, account suspension, or permanent termination.

7. Children’s Privacy

Blastily is not intended for children under 13 (or equivalent age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. International Users

Your data may be processed or stored in countries outside your own. We comply with international data protection laws including GDPR, CCPA, and PIPEDA, and apply appropriate safeguards for all cross-border data transfers.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to amend this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications, and the “Last Updated” date will be revised.
